Send a MP to Cerovan (Nadeo Staff) with your key you receive by mail (maybe a screen of the mail too)

same here but i got a conformation mail, which didn't include a key.....
and i'm on the TS of my clan and everybody is playing. It's just pure torture

Same as Clinton44, send a PM to Cerovan with a screen of the mail you received.

I did that. but he said he forwarded it and it would be fixed very soon, has been about 7 hours...

Yes but don't forget that they are a lot of people with problem with key, or the game and Nadeo Staff are working on it since the release of the game.

As he said just wait and it will be fixed as soon as possible

yeah i know, but it isn't fun to hear people say how awesome the game is xD

I still haven't gotten my key or even an email after 24 hours and I don't know who to contact. This is getting a little ridiculous.

If you have send your MP to Cerovan, you need to wait his answer, he has a lot of MP due to key's problem so you need to wait.

Over 32 hours and still nothing, not even a PM. Nadeo has really dropped the ball on this one, which is disappointing as I'm a longtime fan of TM.
