To be honest the only way you have come across is negative, nothing positive.

dude, i didn't give ANY negative comment beside the fact your description of the help you want from the community is too vague.
i did ask questions and tried to make you realise answering "Looking for help and support with the work load for making the event happen." after my question to clarify what specific things you want from us doesn't really state what you want.

All this was mainly because i want(ed) to help you make it happen and the fact the course you are currently going is wrong due to the lack of experience with the trackmania community.
Of course i'm giving negative feedback due to that.
The positive feedback (the cancer trust) was ignored by you and set aside as not interesting for the rest of the world.

I'm not sure that your negative comment about Nadeo/Ubisoft are good.

nadeo is really helpful, they helped me out with one of the 23 lanparties i organised over the years by providing keys and goodies, they helped me out on several occasions over the years, but they simply can't hold you by the hand and do everything for you.
The rest is up to you entirely, which is what i said. They are in the middle of launching a new game which needs promoting and once it's released they need all the moderators to help with customer service, promotions etc. Plus they are rewriting maniaplanet to be able to implement a totally new environment. They are simply too busy.

You never started to help with the project. Only gave negative comments, so you haven't quit anything.

well, the fact i spent 7 hrs in the track editor working on the 1st track, did research on who to contact, encouraging the trackbuilders of 420crew and sharing the project on facebook for you already plus the feedback i gave in this topic aside, nope didn't do anything for you.

Nadeo are indeed really helpful. They have supported me so much with smaller scale events and now with this World Record Attempt Event. I can't thank them enough. Teenage Cancer Trust wise work is going on with them behind the scenes and can't be made public at this stage, that's all. They are indeed a wonderful charity. Hence them being selected at the charity for the event. Me personally knowing two people that I have gone through Cancer and been supported by Teenage Cancer Trust. I must compliment you on your reversing and making things right with Nadeo. With the comments you have been making. I am so sorry to say. They haven't really been helpful. As in they weren't helping me make it happen. Of course I do know and understand how busy Nadeo are. Specially with the launch for Trackmania Turbo indeed, which I can't wait for. I have it pre-ordered and waiting. Loving the videos of it.

Sadly we can't read minds for knowing what people are doing. This being the first you have mentioned all that you have and I thank you for that. Would have been nice if you actually mentioned rather than leaving till now.
