Even if it's not about valley, there are some hiddens blocks in the editor for Lagoon, and they are named....
CITY blocks!

Same goes for many other things like the 3D TM Logo , the Donuts and so on. This never happened in older games as it was always "what you see on Nadeo maps you can create yourself aswell!" but strangely not this time and that actually sucks because some of those missing blocks are really great
There were hidden blocks in the older games too, such as the steep cliff hills on Desert and the Coast quay blocks.

Conclusion :

My long-time dream coming true.
A tropical-city with magnetic tracks and offroad sections.
Damn, if they add some nice skyscrapers a-la Dubai or like those futuristic tropical cities, Lagoon will be the best enviro visually.

Visually it's already the best (but only visually imo). I wonder why would these blocks be deleted

They seem very cool. I hope in MP4 we'll have them in normal editor ...

Lot to discover in the deep space data
Inside the zips in the program folder are also a few items (pig, bretzel etc.) and one named "wip", all mystery

sry i can´t use nadeo´s tmt textures... Why? Explains itself i guess, lagoon is coming for mp, so we have to wait

With mapedit knowing the names of all blocks that are placed in a map when opened in mapedit can you not retrieve a list of block names for all environments?
