Your picture doesn't give any proof except that TMT is based on ManiaPlanet...
But they probably have improved ManiaPlanet for doing TrackMania Turbo, added new functionalities and improved the 3D engine. They have now less work than if they created a new and completly different game
And you can benefit of the enviro mixing

Is it possible that they improved ManiaPlanet without changing properties (File version, ...) ?
Build info is different than ManiaPlanet 3.3.
