Nice to see a reaction about maniascript.
To bad that they made manialib but alot of people use just a standard .xml code for manialinks.
With manialib you can create real nice manialinks aswell as manialinks for servers.

we will do this but I will wait a little before because I want to see one or two more evolutions before

Some people prefer the old-classic method

(But it's not always good

)

yes, you can use maniascript in the mediatracker,
and you will also have the ability to use the script in manialink
and you can also ask question from one maniascript to the results linked to a map script, but we still have to work this out to operate the best.

Heh, looks like i might have to give in and try some TM-related coding after all with scripting possibilities like that

Zooz wrote:Gonna be important to have scripting for Shootmania at least and probably QM too, so I'm sure the same possibilities will be there for TM2

I think TM2 will certainly be the starting point... as for QM, server side scripts in a RPG (albeit there is next to nothing in info about QM)? Obviously nothing would end up being ran server-side, as I would imagine any RPG game would have centralized servers; though I always pondered over the possibility of client-side 'controllers' on TM...
