i needed 1.11 dont know why. dont use own brains

recs dont work if u start with 1.12

I simply updated my php, restarted my servers and it worked fine.

The problems are with the the mysql version that is in your xampp package, and have nothing to do with php 5.3.

xampp php is no good with mania r214. need install second php 5.36
