I think I have lost also some planets, about 30k are missing.

I lost 30k planets too... I dont give a though but its still 30k planets xd

there is still a tax, to avoid that your planets becomes meaningless units with a too big inflation. But as you can see, the tax is lower. There are different rates depending on if this is recently acquired planets or your long term account. Complicated, but cool
