I'm totally convinced now.

Nadeo MUST add custom blocks to TM2.

Official support must be added at some point. Sooner would be better than later.

I respect the work arc_ has done to reveal these features in the code and make this accessible. It's truly proven what's possible, and I think CoastKid has proven the high quality professional talent that is willing to extend the environment with awesome custom blocks.

But Nadeo needs to work out the technical issues and add this to the game officially.

For all I know, they're hard at work on it already.

I just wanted to express my new found support for it.

Thanks to arc_ and CoastKid, through their work, for convincing me that custom blocks are indeed a good idea after all.

Arc_'s released a new version of TM2 unlimiter. Can someone with custom blocks installed update to the new version and send me a test map with custom blocks? I need the header and I don't have time to set it all up. Thanks! :)

are the leafs turning around when driving around the tree? isn´t that looking strange?
do you have a single texture for all the leafs? or has everyone a own texture? (simply how large is the texture in kb or mb?)
@arc_ those "extremely complex blocks" would be made only for videomaking or taking pictures - so rebuild a track with HDBlocks would be needed for this
@arc_ i hope mpbc will work with Shootmania and Questmania too ;)

btw. coastkid i am pretty sure you have a nice PC.. could you pls render a 1080p screen of the trees and rocks? (pls in higher quality then your other screens here - highest settings pls :P) i need a new Wallpaper now :D

No, leafs not turning around.

I have use texture for group of leafs in size of branch. Leafs diffuse texture is 171 kb (512x512).

I hope when/if Nadeo implements import blocks the work you've done will be easily transferable.
