After some trouble @ refreshing the Paypal page I pressed F5 to reload the whole page.
paypal then displayed "order already processed", but I DIDN'T GET a mail with my key or anything.

SOLUTION:
Go to your general paypal account page, copy the order number of your ubishop purchase in the details of your order in your paypal overview, then go to your account page @ the ubishop, enter the purchasenumber and your password and there you go: Downloadlink + your serial!

Hope this helps if anyone else has the same prob!

and whats the solution for people who bought it over maniaplanet?

If so, dunno! never got further than the waiting page!

but i've already payed it via paypal for over 12 hours and it was booked from my banking account but no key since yet

Ubi Shop is working, but theres a 30 Day Limit, so backup the Downloadfiles!

I got another Problem... After I want to preorder it, it's jumping directly into the queu, but normally I have to login in Paypal and validate the transaction... I'm confused

Ubi shop in the us doesn't have it just the first one.
