finally got out of the queue, filled all the info (visa), pressed submit, there was some loading, and queue again... no money was taken from the card, no email got. was the payment succeeded?

Your download is valid for 30 days, after that you cannot download the game again, so make a backup to reinstall the game in the future.

Er... now back to my Problem, okay, theres no Paypal Site during the preorder... I don't know why, but I'm not alone with that Problem. After we filled out the form it directly jumps to the Queue screen and after that back to the shopsite with details about the game! Theres no end!

So when i buy from ubi now ,so will i get beta acces with key?

yes everything is the same as on Maniaplanet regarding the beta access

I can confirm - purchased via Ubisoft site and now playing beta. (game is immense btw- thank you Hylis and the team!)

I filled all information then submited and it gave error "Payment Authorisation Failed"

it would be nice if the queue page at least had a counter that told you how many people are in front of you so you can plan on being at the computer when your turn comes up.

I was getting ready for work when i got back to my pc I saw the payment page, by the time i sat down it had redirected me back to the main page.
