a tech support phone number would be really cool, I know its a bit old fashioned wanting to talk to someone who can actually fix the problem rather than waiting for some moderator to "PM" me, but you know what? its a system that worked...weird huh!

Same issue, both with manual and auto installer. Stuck on the infamous TMCanyon_HD.zip
