Just my Impression on this queue thing
I waited approximately one hour in the queue, than put in my data and i recieved the confirmation mail with the key
immediately.
maybe it depends on the way you pay, like that money from e.g. paypal is booked direktly, whilst electronic cash is not done directly (as I payed with EC)
Maybe Hylis could tell us if my guess might be right?

OK I just tried both the gamescom and UBI shop from the US using VISA, and both failed!

For some reason I always get "Payment Refused" now, while buying from the maniaplanet link, can you fix that please? I don't think it's a problem on my end, I've bought my copy with the same details/method this morning, and now I'm trying to get one for my friend (so Ubisoft download isn't an option for me, since someone told me that it's not giftable there...)

Please wait a little. Hylis doesn't answer for all and Cerovan aren't a bot.
