Exactly And i think you need to ask the permission of Edge, if you are going to modify them. But about this issue, i'm not sure. At least you need to do something like
"modified picture out of Edge version x..."

Sooo, anyway, back on topic...any thoughts as to the game type this "Storm" will entail? Will it have ancient warriors (Incas or such) Imperial era (17th century) Modern, or futuristic?

I think that it will be something like UT. I mean you have the same characters for all maps. I doubt there will be ancient warrior characters... but hey, if you want one you can create it, and run all over the map half naked

oO i think u are right

It means that it has been built/published in 2010.
As said before, everything that is on the net is automatically copyrighted, unless it is stated as free to copy.

Just check screens & something's tell me that game will be great like Canyon is!
