Perhaps something extra in your buddychat where you can see which buddies received your star en which buddies made you a star.

You can do it through maniascript and i think in the feature i hope through the MPWS API.

players with most votes will be the one with mode starts of course

if 54 players have a vote, 5 will have two stars and 49 will have one star
if 175 players have a vote, 1 will have three stars, 17 two and 157 one star
