After playing a match, i come back on the lobby : We're sending you back to the match you left.
Once on the server : "The match has been interrupted"
Back on the lobby -> 2 min suspension (Paragon lobby at 14.32 the 26.07.15)

Its 5penalties in maybe 12matches and we dont even report everything. And other players have the same issues...
