I'm Norwegian.
I wouldn't care if someone had a car skin of Anders Behring Breivik. I agreed to seeing it, and that's what I deserve, even if it was offending to me or someone else. If I wanted to avoid being offended, I should disable this opportunity to see other people's skins. Yes this nazi-skin is probably the work of a troll, but that's not what's important here. Banning a player for a skin other people explicitly agreed to see, is wrong. It's like wanting to see something, but then later regret because you didn't like what you saw.
And yes, you are effectively demanding censorship, and thus being a threat to free speech. Even if it is categorized as trolling, it still shouldn't be disallowed. I would agree on censorship if the car skin was gore/adult content, since this is a game for children, but this was just a symbol. Not a good reason to ban a player imo.
