The intention was to bring Trackmania to consoles, and with that imo NADEO was also forced to bring out a PC-version of Trackmania for consoles.
The intention of MP is still there, as you can read very well on the forums.
That you already can see what will be coming real soon in MP by looking in TMT is great!
But MP still has a lot of stuff made by the community which is still there when the next update is there.
Then you can really compare and see if MP is also a complete game or not.
Again, technically things look alike (which is not really a surprise imo), but its all about what the vision is behind it, what are the upcoming plans with MP and perhaps TMT.
I think NADEO really brought a cool game to consoles and also the pc-version for that and yes there are bugs, we as a community should point out!
But do not forget whats next to come, and i am sure there is more then you can see now!

hehe, expected a reply from you, but i think you're missing the point. The topic insists
a patch is absolutely necessary for pc which is what i referred to.
Anyways, you keep talking about "a pc version of "trackmania for consoles", but they didn't succeed there. what we got is an unfinished version of "trackmania for consoles"-PC gamepad edition without proper gamepad support.
beside being a bit offtopic, your reply also shows a bit too much faith in what nadeo wants to accomplish rather than what they can accomplish over time (being a small studio)

In fact we are all talking and talking over and over again because Nadeo didn't say anything since the release.
They only said they will fix the gamepads bugs and inputs, nothing else...
We have NO garantee that they are hearing what we are saying because they are silent. They have to publish something clear and complete about all the bugs and things that we reported, and about what they will add/delete in an eventual future patch/update.
It's up to Nadeo now, to stop the hemorrhage.

Sidenote: Really great to see a topic, where there is a real discussion without swearing etc, a bit off-topic sometimes but in my opinion allowed, because we all want to see the same thing, a great game !

It's beyond my understanding, how they let this happen... The game itself seems so great, why would they fuck it up with so many minor things? One might say these are only small things, but if you're used to stuff for years it really hurts getting it taken from you...
Who came up with the idea to leave out the standart cam of the previous games? (It seems so minor, but it makes me so angry driving with cam 2, as i fail so often at spots, i wouldn't fail otherwise, because the feeling of the car is totally different...)
Who thought it would be a good idea to cut custom tracknames (like wtf?!)?
Besides dedicated servers, these two are actually the main things i dislike. And to say it once again, they seem minor, but especially the first one makes me close to not even wanting to play... (Oh yeah and the missing customisable keybindings)
PLEASE change it quickly nadeo

Please just 3 things need absolutely to be add
- to be able to hide the cars online .It's essential to get the best lines and so hunt the times
- to have the Camera 1. Lot of people are playing with this camera on maniaplanet and without it they're lost
- to be able to modify ours touchs on the pads
Just 3 things ! Please Nadeo !!!
