Open the link above, select as favorite (use the blue button on the right of the screenshot).
Start the game, go to online play, create a new own room, add this map from the favorites, save the room, and play

There is easier way to play favourite maps, also offline:
Just go to the Arcade section and choose TrackBuilder Workshop, where you can select any your / buddy's / favourite map you want to play.
Also, one more map made by me (Canyon w/w Lagoon Car):

Im not sure if this was already answered somewhere and sorry for the dumb question but where exactly are the maps saved at? I cant find them under the documents tab :/
