ok, seems no one knew the game by now so here are some tips to keep the thread active:
- the game was built by one person.

- the game is a free donloadable and is also playble in browsers.

- you play alone and give the green and orange army stuff (buildings and upgrades) trying to keep both sides even until you can order them both to nuke strike which blasts all of them away.

- the game's name fits to this and any war: f _ _ _ d _ _ _ _ _
