Well, the plugin should work better and have proper gui for adding the wished maps :)
Originally i wrote the plugin for myself actually in bit of a hurry so it's not so finished.

Anyway.. you can find
dedicated server\GameData\map_suggestions.txt

 Pro tip: It's a comma separated file, aka CSV, so if you rename the .txt to .csv it should open nicely in openoffice calc or excel :)

Its me again. I have this strange behaviour on all Shootmania servers which use Expansion. (All TM servers are running fine.)

Image

The map rating widget is blinking all the time (like when you move HUD), how can I fix this?

EDIT: Some small idea for the maplist, it would be cool if you can show in the maplist (maybe only for admins) behind the %-rating how many votes are stored on this map, this would be easier to see what map could be deleted :)

I noticed it when i visited some storm server, actually last week :)
see issue at github: https://github.com/eXpansionPluginPack/ ... issues/184

it needs little maniascript fix... but i don't have currently no storm server configured, so i can fix it properly.
so i try to fix it soonish atleast for nighty branch.

There is actually a tool already for this :)
Just click the map ratings widget as admin :)

you have to adjust the thresholds, they are quite strict with the default values:

10 votes needed, and map karma has to be under 30%...
you can find the config value for this at config for "local map ratings" plugin and voting tab.

But, we'll see... maybe i can add the voters info too :)

It would be nice to add option for players to control this plugin:
Image

In the way live infos work in Fast 4.0.0:

So that every player can change the referent point like this:
  • To use BEST(1st dedi) as referent point : that is already what it does
  • To use specific record 2nd,3rd,4th... as referent point
  • To use IDEAL as referent point (ideal would pick best cp times from every record...for example if 3rd record have best 1st cp time it would use 1st cp from 3rd record as referent point for that cp and if 1st record have best time on 2nd cp it would use it as referent point for that cp etc.)
And also it would be very nice to be able to see this even when you are spectating a player/ to see his cp times...

This is already fixed for 1.0, but can not work on relay servers since spectator target is always set to player himself.

Lets see what can be done.
*edit*
added /cps [number] command to change dedimania compare reference point.
the command name can be changed, as i don't know which command they use for fast, would be nice to use the same command name.
