plus I don't know if multiplatform map compatibility is intented... If it's not there might be a possibility that the 7500 cap limit doesn't exist. Otherwise It will be there.

TM Turbo is ported from PC to console, not backwards. That means we will most likely have +60 fps and a less limited map editor
