I PM's cerovan. He said he forwarded my issue to support. I haven't heard anything since then. It's been almost a full day for me. So I guess not.

There is someone on the German forum who threatened with the right of rescission and got his key shortly after
I haven't even gotten the first e-Mail and I have been waiting for more than 34 hours now and still no sign of Cerovan.

For all of you who had problems with your credit card I recommend to go visit or contact your bank. I just came from OP and they said my verification number (three digits thing) was somehow locked and they fixed it immedetially. Just downloaded the game at 11 mb/s ^^

Now I'm just waiting for the key as well. How long did it take for you guys? I already got the first email.

I can only forward directly the request to the support but i can't speed up their process. There is others players with the same problem and GamesPlanet treat the issues in the order. So you have to be patient (i know it's pretty hard) but it's the only way.

I'm actually scared, that I already got my mail(s?), but they got send into my scam folder, which I don't even have.
