Mine aren't, so I decided to cancel my order. I suggest using the Ubishop rather than Gamesplanet, it seems to work better.

well the problem is, I want to gift the game and I cannot see Gift to friend option in UbiShop

gift option is only available on gamesplanet.

Its nice to realize that you've just paid 20€ from few worthless files and a key that doesnt work

What's the error message you have when you enter your key ?

nothing.
when i enter the code and press OK, the field just goes plank.

If I already emailed Maniaplanet Support, am I just stuck waiting until they decide to give me a response that isn't "We have received your query blah blah blah".

Nadeo support responded right away, but I've been waiting on Maniaplanet since yesterday.
