Hey guys,

a few minutes ago, i preordered the game with the online banking way at the ubishop, my money was succesfully sended to Ubi, but on the back button i received the message :"Der Zahlungsvorgang für diese Bestellung konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Bitte klicken Sie hier, wenn Sie eine neue Bestellung aufgeben möchten. "

It means that " The payment process for this order could not be completed. Please click here if you want to place a new order"

So what should i do, my money is sended, but i don't have any information what i should do next.

Try to contact the Ubisoft Support on their website, with the mail you used, and you explain them your problem

So i have contact the Support 4 hours ago, but still no response ,
how long is the waitingtime normally?

I just want to play the game

The support have a lot of message. I think they will answer you as soon as possible (maybe tomorrow)

I received my key and installed everything fine...

I can't make a profile to log into maniaplanet using the game. Every time I create a new account/profile and try to login using the key given to me after buying the game it just says ''error'....

Can't even try the beta.

Same fail for me... just "Account creation fail. Error: Retry?"

I get the same error. It seems trackmania is completely blocked on my end or something. Also there is only a 10char limit on password creation which seems kinda low?

still no response from the support..

hope there will come sth, or i must call my bank to get my money back.

Don't forget that we are on Sunday and the support doesn't work the week-end
