Can you please use smaller pictures? I mean, 4mb isn't up to date with the technique and takes ages to load.

Great pics Radixan!
It's interesting that the canyon water looks so transparent when you place a block directly beneath it - normally it's very dark and murky.
Also, great tip with the double placement to put elements under water. Looks great!

I've been trying for two days now using free apps, but still can't even cover the basics. I need Blender to set the Pivots, AD-FBX Converter to convert, Daz Studio 4 to get 2nd UV set, and of course I'm building with Wings3D and Sculptris. But it get's stuck in the middle and just won't !!! ... Seems there's no way to do it without 3dsMax, and that's 4000$ more than I'm gonna spend on this .....

Using 3D Max makes the whole process much easier. Unfortunately it's a very expensive software. Try looking for older versions from recent years - they might be cheaper. Also, find out whether you qualify for a discount - especially an educational discount.
(btw: very old versions like Max 7 work perfectly fine for creating custom blocks, and seeing that you cannot even buy this version anymore - or licences for it, I would almost consider it abandonware .... *cough*)

Possibly why they haven't added this to the real game. With Cars, the Blender Script for 3DS worked fine. I'm sure AutoDesk might have something to say if this game was encouraging young people to download hacks of their software ..... though it's the format they developed that's the problem.

I'm a little confused at what's happening with this tool; I tried to convert the demo models and i was given an error message that i need the "2012/01/09" version of the exe (Since i've got the latest version, 06/07/2012), Which i didn't see in the initial post;
What i don't understand is how you guys are still using it; Are you guys staying on that version until mpbc updates? Is there any way i can download the "2012/01/09" version of the exe on it's own and just use that when i want to compile/convert models then switch back to the 06/07/2012 one when i want to play? I apologize if i've missed something.
