Problem: Created a profile within TM2, but it says it's not connected to an online account. So I go to connect it to an account and it says "Login unknown. There is no account with this login".

So if I try to create a new account, I go through the process, agree to the EULA and then enter my key. It says "Creating account" and in around 10 seconds comes back every time with "Connection error. Account creation failed. Error: Retry?"

I have the same problem. Not happy with this. And not happy with the statement "Support is very busy..."

If Account Creation is broken - then fix it! Or stop selling the game until it is fixed.

Some people in this topic has create, create account and they received a mail. After receive the mail it works, so please check your mail box and spam box

I do not get any mail. I have tried at least 30 times since I bought the game on wednesday or thursday. Getting the same error every time. I've tried all my email-adresses, and different info in all fields with no result. If it does not work tomorrow I will try to install the game on another computer to see if it helps.

Do you have any idea what causes the problem?

Support not open Weekends should be changed in your advertising spam then. At least be honest.
I purchase the game and now can't even try out the demo/beta. No support even though you supposedly offer 24/7 support. lol....

I have exactly the same problem, unfortunately..
I bought the game yesterday on gamesplanet and i can't create an account.
Why is there so many problem with the account creation...

I have the solution!
I told a friend of mind to register my account and it worked!
I don't know if it's because he type manually the key or if it was antoher PC, but try:

1: Type manually the key
2: Try with another PC, or another PC but with another internet connection.

Hope it will work for you, it did for me! :p
