Hello, i have question, i pre order canyon with my visa electron credit card on mania planet, i receive beta code and confirmation email, but when i looked on my credit card account i dont see taht my card wos billed after few days, i have bad experience with similiar thing in other one shop, i would like to cancel my pre order, but if this is not possibel, i would like to know that i dont will be have some debt and when i will be billed, after release date ? I also send pre order cancelation ticket to support but no i dont receive response yet. Sorry for my english its not my native language

So, i ordered this game nearly 2 weeks! ago, payed for it with online banking, but i haven't get any E-mail with a key or sth else, just a error on the page after the transfer.
The support doesn't response etc...

My money is gone away hooray -.-

If s.o. from the Support or an Admin read this please help me.

I have buyed the game from the UbiShop with the same Account information i have here.

EDIT: I have resolved my issue. The problem was my username had already been registered, i changed it to a random assortment of numbers and letters and it worked fine.
