I've got one question about Trackmania² Canyon and the other ones:

Will Trackmania² Stadium and Valley get implemented as a free update into Canyon or do i have to buy them?

You have to buy them because they are standalone games

I have question for Nadeo

Are you adding new features to the game or is the game now close to being finished?
My real question probably is if we can expect anything new. If yes, then maybe give us a hint or something^^

Ive read about the matchmaking, but is there anything else you want to share?

I understand if you dont want to give away this kind of information, but im just curious

1. Is it a complete 3d model that draws 100% of the content on the map all the time ?
2. Or does it not draw unseen blocks that are behind objects ?

In TM1 I'm pretty sure there is no occlusion calculation, if you build a track that's really busy to the point that it slows your framerate, and you have a section in a tunnel where you can't see the rest of the track you still have the framerate slowdown in the tunnel. Pre-calculated occlusion usually takes several minutes to calculate as well (the Fusion Engine was the last engine where I was able to actually see the time it took to calculate occlusion separately from the rest of the lighting and sound calculations, and that is a pretty old engine -- but it did take a long time on that engine even for small maps), and you don't see a several-minute delay whenever you save your track. Generally TM maps are pretty small so it usually wouldn't be a noticable performance difference I think. Of course the only way to know for sure would be to look at the code, or get Hylis or a Nadeo coder to answer :P.

It's conceivable that in TM2 this is included in the lightmap calculation, that's the way most game engines seem to do it now.

Hmm :) i played Destrict 25 (45 min track), and the framerate is quite good at some spots but its very variating between 20 - 70 fps. but i guess it dont hide object that are hidden hehe in the view (not behind oviously ;) )

Nadeo ? I Have build a track in canyon and i wonder,
Is it okey to use your maniaplanet music for one of my video on youtube ?
