Maybe the red turbo is a "engine stopped" block, like it is in TMF?

Hmm I think its a red turbo alright. I dont think its common to place an engine killer in front of a wallride jump like in this part of the video.

I agree with that. But looking at the picture, i don't see the car going up, i see it horizontally, after coming down.
I hoped for 90° turbo/stop engine pieces

We had stop to work on the september 2009 environment, Valley, because it was too difficult to push this environment to the end from first try. This is why we decided to start with Canyon instead of Valley and use the car of it that is more appropriate for the american style desert.

No, it's going up^^
Look at the Canyon rocks in the background. The colours of the different beds are horizontal. In the pic the go from the lower left corner to the upper right one. Also, you can see, that the turbo lies in shadows. So the car(s) are driving upwards

But I wanted to congratulate Nadeo & Ubisoft on reaching one million views on the TrackMania 2 Canyon - Announcement Trailer. I'm fairly certain that it hit one million views just in the last few months.

It's great to think so many people have seen it!
