Yes - nagging is important here.

Our servers are completely broken - every time a map comes on that uses the the blocks everyone gets kicked.

SO we have to find the weed maps and weed them out... sorry but this is not on...

To also release another server update after the client is crazy... this is even worse than the last balls up nadeo.

Maniaplanet maybe in beta - but I am sure as hell that the original trackmania 2 I bought was a full final version until the genius idea of creating a common platform called maniaplanet that then breaks something that worked!!!

I am sorry to rant - but this is UNACCEPTABLE - I am sure a speak on behalf of all TM2 server admins.

Other known bugs:

2) Had to choose my skin again in tm2 after playing shootmania

OMFG!

I have updated Maniaplanet some hours ago and after 5 minutes of frustrated checking and seeing how nadeo have made maniaplanet so ugly and weird, i totaly disappointed gave up and made an ALT+F4 to stop that horror.
How can nadeo invest so much time and manpower in reworking something which was FINE, WORKING and some kind of ok looking??? Sorry, i dont get that into my mind. There are much heavier problems then a redesign and remodeling of the menu and maniaplanet interface. If i login into Maniaplanet i wanna have fun and see which of my friend are online, i wanna oneclick to my favorite servers, i wanna emmediatly see the latest news, posts and infos on the "WALL" and i DO NOT wanna see a totaly ugly wannabe-3D-interface where really every important info is gone and only title boxes are offending my eyes. NEVER TOUCH A RUNNING SYSTEM! - I'm totaly disappointed and frustrated of this (sorry) incompetence of some people and their decisions.


And then ... after beeing away from the computer some hours and back with some hope and motivation to setup and update all of my/our TM2 and SM servers i just hear and see and listen to people everwhere in teamspeak and forums which closely ALL are frustrated and reporting one hardcore bug after each other and another nadeo "failure" has been born.

Sorry for such hard words but after more then 1 year with nadeo on TM2 and SM servers, discussions, feedback, updates, bugs, and much more ... there is nothing else to be expected anymore.

YES I KNOW it is a BETA ... no, i gonna correct myself ... after several months its even beta 2(!) ... but after reading and seeing what beta 2 really is made off and causing and making out of really good games, and what (sorry) bulls... nadeo made of work in the last several months and weeks (only check all those more and more bugy server versions) i am just disappointed and frustrated!

I DO LOVE TRACKMANIA since over 9 or 10 years!
I DO LOVE SHOOTMANIA since the first time i played it in beta!

... but i lost my hope in loving nadeo

Even if nadeo is very small and of course doesnt have so much money (no wonder if offering such great games for free (free2play sucks!!!) and/or for only 20 euros but beeing worth at least 50 euros) the just can't publish a beta 2 (two!) which is so bugy and full of missing blocks, data, crashes and having such an ugly interface/menu (where the old one was pretty ok) ... sorry ... still can't believe it, even if it is beta. Never seen such a crazy, weird, bugful and frustrating beta in my live, sorry again


To bring it to a point:

For someone who invested already several hundreds if not thousands of hours in TM, TM2 and SM and their servers and all ... and who is really loving trackmania and shootmania, i must say ... my heart is bleeding.

After reading and seeing all those troubles and bugs and failures of beta 2 (someone even tested beta 2 internaly before publishing it?!) i must say that i will not update any of our servers before beta2 isn't out of some kind of "pre-alpha" stadium.

As some of my pre-posters already said:
This beta 2 seems to be never ever been tested internaly at nadeo and this beta 2 is at the current state unacceptable!

Sorry for those hard maybe hard words, really, they are not very constructive i know, but i am shoked and very emotional at the moment. I think i will need some day off all those maniaplanet, servers and stuff.

Lets get some days off maniaplanet and have some nice x-mas holidays!
Maybe the world is looking then a little bit more brighter then it is currently.
(Or maybe nadeo will switch from ubisoft to activision blizzard .. hehe, then thise games and betas will be AWESOME again!) ... sorry for this sarcasm.

But whatever, the end of the world is coming in just two days so who really cares

I'll certainly second that. We now have basically no servers until this is fixed, due to the stupid combination of releasing an unfinished game update and a compulsory client update simultaneously.

It needs to be fixed, yesterday.
