Trackmania has 8 functional environments released including Canyon. We had TrackMania since 2004, and not to mention that it has over 8 games released..

Shootmania has 1 unreleased environment, it was announced in 2010, and until the last year not much news there was around.

I love TrackMania, sometimes even more than Shootmania but you can't say that they have left us behind.

What about Trackmaniacs who have left Nadeo behind because of Shootmania?

When theres guys leaving just because Nadeo is working on Shootmania then they behave like morons. We expected tm2 around 2010 and still played the old titles (of course). What's the problem then? :0010

OK I got comments lets see if the devs are looking at this.

First off for everyone who purchased the beta pre open beta are they gonna get screwed? IE: if you get the open beta for free will this allow you to get the final game for free as well, once it is finally available.

Secondly, I've noticed now that the new players have dark skins, 3 armor and you get +0 hit points i you hit them, the individuals who bought the beta prior to the open beta did not have this advantage why now? Kind of an unfair advantage for the more experienced players seeing how the point system is based on hits. Also the dark skins make it near impossible to see your opponent in dark maps.

I can understand giving more armor to the newer players, but to give them dark skins and not give hit points for the experienced players is a bit much. Make them learn the game like those who actually supported you guys and paid for the beta.

Not only are you giving them the gamee but you are giving them the advantage and giving us who actually supported and paid for the beta the business..............and it's not the kinda business I personally care for.

Be interesting to see if any of the dev's respond to this.................

It's called "OPEN beta" for a reason. It means it's open and free to play as long as it's in beta. Once full release comes around the corner, it's no longer open beta :)

Huh, I got a printer that prints stuff with textures (so a rock feels like a rock and a tree feels like a tree) and I made out this:

The logo and the characters are a bit "standing out of the picture" but you can't see it..

This is a new thing brought for the Beta 3: newbies have more armor so they survive a little bit longer as they also need more time to get accustomed to the gameplay.
The skin is not changeable for open beta players.
Perhaps it is a little advantage in dark areas, but you should accept that it does not make fun at all if you get eliminated always after a few seconds, only because all the others know the game perfectly.

Perhaps it's a pity such a handicap was not available earlier, but someone had to invent this.
It is more than fair that you don't get points if you beat them too easily.
And as you have participated earlier, you should understand this, as you are certainly better than most of the newbies.
Or do you have only fun beating the weakest? ;)
razormangdi wrote:Make them learn the game like those who actually supported you guys and paid for the beta.
Why? Some people did not pay for any beta either, you forgot there were many free keys as well before.

Now Nadeo tries to make the Open Beta open for everyone, not only for the pros.
In the middle of a fast gameplay, newbies have no chance if all the others are highly experienced.
But the matter is to give them the opportunity to start to like the game instead of being frustrated all the time.
You should reset your mindset and your skills, and try to think as if you would discover the game for the first time.
Now you would certainly also would prefer a safer gameplay, right? ;)

Please stop whining. Are you jealous or what?

You already had two good advantages:
- play the game much earlier than others
- economize a part of the price.

But you forgot to participate in this forum... almost no other feedback from your side, which is very sad :|

Please show your real good skills in game, please help to improve the game still during the Open Beta, and prove you're better than this here
