How about acknowleding the problem? I bought a server = waste of money.
( and yes im currently playing on matchmaking. However the server for my level does not have a lot of people playign either.)

Even without my extra information the screenshot shows a problem...

well, if people prefer to play on matchmaking servers, what's the problem? ^^

I don't think that everyone prefers to play on matchmaking servers.
Some people prefer constistent lineups in both teams, the ability to balance matches themselves, not having waiting times and playing on servers that are actually administrated by real players.
Because of the small userbase there is no chance for everyone to get the one of those two options that they prefer.
The system that fitted players playing more regularly is now badly working and that's what's wrong.
