The exclamation mark is a way to notify that you won't win LP when playing on the server.

You should have a different tooltip when it's present.

the tooltips are missing because i tried it in the station while you used the overlay
on the overlay (which i don't use) i have a tooltip

I have more than 60k LP and near 90K server i Have http://i.imgur.com/RLqLNGj.jpg.I will not get LP because I can play on it?

i collected some approximate view sizes for that:

view .... width .. height .. width% .. height% .. screen
full ...... 1920 .. 1080 ..... 100 ...... 100 ...... view
overlay .. 716 .... 369 ..... 37,2 ..... 34,1 ..... view
title ..... 1157 ... 591 ..... 60,2 ..... 54,7 ..... view

the overlay is using only a third of the available space
and that's THE information i want to see
when i open the browser, i want to see the browser
and not some tiny mini version of it

Yes, I have from over month. I think, You made a little mistake with conditions because i don't have exclamation mark on servers where I can't earn LP. It's inversed.

it seems like the exclamation marks aren't perfectly aligned

this just looks odd
