I don't really unterstand what you mean xymph. All content comes from our our masterserver and is copied to the mirrors. Toffe manages the mirrors in bis Server, i manage the master content Server, so the upload Website will be put on my server, too. Btw, i will release the uploader in the next few days

In my rsync run of 06:00 everything under / (the askuri, toffe & undef.de trees, and the individual files) was deleted and re-fetched inside a /master/ directory, and an /uploader/ tree was also fetched.
At 12:00 this was reverted to the previous hierarchy. Almost needless to say: I didn't change my destination tree or cron job.

It's as if the root content directory on your rsync master was moved around. If you PM me your email, I can mail you the complete rsync logs if that helps.

I made a big mistake yesterday evening. I moved to folders around and changed all paths, except the rsync daemon. I fixed it at around 9 o'clock again. All mirrors should automatically receive the old structure again.
Sorry for the inconveniences

Nothing is down as I'm looking at it right now.
Is the dns resolution not working? Also www.maniacdn.net not working?
I just checked the panel of route53, the records sets are in and live, didn't change in over 24 hours.

Could you try to manual lookup the DNS resolution?

I can access your sites, but the mirrors list is (again) mistakenly claiming that my mirror (along with quite a few others) is down. In fact, my rsync job hasn't received an updated timestamp.txt from the master at the 06:01 run.

There was a problem with the timestamp file again. I just updated our checker to first check the masterserver, and gives us early warning if something isn't good there.

Sorry guys, we are still pretty early on in this network, or at least we are still working on core changes that can have breaking changes as it gave lately. Of course we are aiming on a stable network and will reach that goal!

Yep, got the updated file at my 12:01 run.

I understand, getting the kinks out takes time, no problem.

Hi, well yes http://www.maniacdn.net/ is not working as well. I tried from home on my computer & from some friends right now on my phone and it can't open.
I will try to do a DNS resolution once I go back home, unless you know an Android app I can use on my phone.

You could try this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... okup&hl=en
Once I am at my work place I will run some extensive tests to check the resolution in different countries.
