Re: Maniaplanet Update #4 - wishlist
make the countdown shorter like Shootmania, playing for hours and having to WAIT FOR NO REASON IS A NIGHTMARE to get better times not to mention most of the tracks takes around 3 to 5 seconds to speed up and make the first turn, Trackmania is a game about getting better times and i don't want to waste mine, make it optional at least.

That's too bad because I've seen some good ideas and suggestions posted by you, but if you really get pleasure out of irritating people then you really don't belong on here and based on most of your posts I don't think you can even say you're joking about it.disposableaccount wrote:it's fun

Pls create a Stadium block that makes the driftmarkers disappear and a smooth transition block between gras and road.

Re: Maniaplanet Update #4 - wishlist
My 3 wishes
- Complete design overhaul of the ManiaPlanet Station. We need a good server browser that competes with other great games out there. New players need to see the activity in the game and a recommended server list is not going to cut it. Also Titlepacks need their exposure. Taking inspiration from games like Unreal Tournament and Garry's Mod. In my honest opinion the station is very awkward to get around. Please research other games like Unreal Tournament Alpha.
- [ShootMania specific] New blocks that don't get in the way of gameplay. MP3 saw some extremely bad blocks in which you get stuck and ruin your movement. However the introduction of mixmap experimental feature was a success. How about adding some progression in the mapmaking experience. Back in closed beta, new maps were generally very playable and fun, now that there are so many blocks available, new mappers are using all of them and their maps are over-complex, over-compact, vastly large and look very ugly. If there was a limited selection of blocks new mappers had access to, that may make good difference to better quality maps.
- Many bug fixes which have been requested for years by community developers for projects. Which allow additional projects to be more successful and have more functionality. Better quality community projects = better quality player experience.
Those are my 3 wishes with brief explanations for each one. I love this Maniaplanet universe and there is still lots of room for improvement, lets work together!
