You think that they don't make the triler because they don't have enough time? double lol!
They're not relasing tms or a random game, they are relasing their biggest project! You think that nadeo/ubisoft won't spend time and $$$ for a good and professional (made by experts) trailer?
A good trailer doesn't need to be expensive or doesn't need to be made be so called "porfessionals"
In our Community we have people creating awesome trailers/movies/videos of TM since years. Some of them are really talented and have a lot of experience. They made way more trailers than nadeo did and so they know, how to make it better. Even "professionals" cannot make a better trailer, which costs money money money because they don't know the possibilities of the TM-shoot-tool. But communitymembers do. And I'm sure, that the person, who made the trailer, had enough time to "experiment" with the possibilities of the TM2shoot tool
.dejavu wrote:The trailer is part of the game, marketing, advertising, and development too! So why nadeo shouln't invest money on the trailer? They want reach/attract new potential gamers, that never tried TM! They want to expand the game to a new and big amount of people!
Because Nadeo can have a better trailer for free
EDIT:
Also TM is a community-based game. It wouldn't work without the community. The Editor, the possibility to make videos, skins, mods.. etc. All this kind of stuff wouldn't work, if you only had your own created things, if there were no sites like tmx, carpark, dedimania, tm-creative, tm-mod... etc. All this is made for the community ( and by the community). Tm is nothing without the multiplayer and the community. Did you ever tried to play TM only offline. It starts to suck after some time

So also a trailer should be made by the community
