The logo and the characters are a bit "standing out of the picture" but you can't see it..
Very nice, well done

The skin is not changeable for open beta players.
Perhaps it is a little advantage in dark areas, but you should accept that it does not make fun at all if you get eliminated always after a few seconds, only because all the others know the game perfectly.
Yep I understand the concept and after thinking about it I can see why it was done, just kinda wish I had it when I began.
TMarc wrote:Perhaps it's a pity such a handicap was not available earlier, but someone had to invent this.
It is more than fair that you don't get points if you beat them too easily.
And as you have participated earlier, you should understand this, as you are certainly better than most of the newbies.
Or do you have only fun beating the weakest? ;)
No actually I would prefer not to play against newbies, would rather play against my level or higher players to improve my skills. I suppose I will have to start searching for more skilled servers to play in.

TMarc wrote:But the matter is to give them the opportunity to start to like the game instead of being frustrated all the time.
You should reset your mindset and your skills, and try to think as if you would discover the game for the first time.
Now you would certainly also would prefer a safer gameplay, right? ;)
Yep your right.
TMarc wrote:You already had two good advantages:
- play the game much earlier than others
- economize a part of the price.
Thanks for pointing that out.
TMarc wrote:But you forgot to participate in this forum... almost no other feedback from your side, which is very sad :|
Well I've only played now for about 3-4 weeks and have not had much oppourtunity to participate here.
TMarc wrote:Please show your real good skills in game, please help to improve the game still during the Open Beta, and prove you're better than this here
Thanks for replying TMarc at times you need someone else to show you the whole picture instead of the one you are seeing.

My apologies for whining, frustration has an odd effect on my thought process at times.

I suggest that the NADEO staff watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjBjzsXii_M

Something needs to be done, QUICKLY... An aimbot (and probably wallhack aswell) already in place at this stage of the game just won't do.

the player uses an aimbot thats for true, look at the fast turnrounds of his aim, even if he aims to another in the same second... sad to see, players with no selfrespect and low reputations, hope nadeo you will do something!

ajpen,

We are working since a long time for this.

At the moment, if you do a competition and would like to raise a cheating claim, I strongly suggest that you run your server with auto-saves of replays.

We need the replays from the server side, and not the client side.

We are still working on it, we are still in beta and we have still other things to do, but it is a important topic for us. We just talk less about it for some obvious reasons.

That annoying pointer needs to get fixed. Instead of forcing pointers on some occasions just fix the alt button so its rebindable and not paired with the scoreboard.

Reason is really obvious but here goes. Since the pointer sensitivity more reflect the actual dpi versus resolution then the ingame aiming sens you end up with a pointer on other screen instantly. There it trigger whatever you where doing with the mouse, rightclicking or whatever. If you don't trigger the low performance due to alt-tab(off-focus) when getting back you will still wonder what you might have done on the other screen.
It's stupid behaviour and annoying. Should really never ever been implemented like it was.

On a sidenote, just a question. What kinda input handling do you got and will there ever be a clear raw-input option?
Thing is that right now most I know about is running under 0.1 sensitivity ingame. Considering the scale on that option it makes you wonder what the devs ran for strange mouse settings.

^Oh and please change default Y-scale to 1. Lots of people struggle with this in the start. There has not been a game relesed last 15years or so that had different x/y sens by default. (or has it :P)

Don't know if it has been said already but ...... why oh why oh why has Nadeo developed an FPS game and NOT used the WASD keys? NOBODY uses the arrow keys in an FPS game!

WASD for movement and SPACE for jump please!

It seems you missed that it is possible to configure the keys in your profile... check for Inputs ;)
