there will be a pak-editor for mods
the modders will have to make paks, which includes: models, textures, custom scripts, rulesets, etc.
these paks should be installable ingame with one click. after choosing a pak you should only see the ladder and the servers of this certain pak.

Ya know, the more I think about it, the more I think it'd be awesome to have this be based around paintball. It's been suggested as a non-violent alternative to bullets...and it could be implemented in more than just PvP combat...you could have paint-shooting tanks...I saw it in a commercial for Dr. Pepper once and it was hilarious. Just an idea anyway.

That's a bit outstanding, and that's what I want ShootMania to be! And I believe that's what it will be, with or without non-violent bullets ;D

What I want to know is--what are the bullets now? They've said more than once that it's "puffs of energy". Well, what exactly does that mean? Does it mean they're energy bolts? Or a little red light flashes from your gun and that's it? Cuz, I mean, I'm all for non-violent, but this -is- a shooter, after all...
