They are certainly working on it and also working on the universal demo, so be patient and wait the next update which will be in June

I don't know but if you click on "server", you have lots of combo servers

I know. and I use the listed servers.. but no public ubisoft server is available. That's weird.

Combo is not a official mode in the sense of Elite, it was only created as demonstration and to be modified by the community.
