Unfortunately that doesn't appear to be the case. Just drove a track on the latest dedicated and saved the replay from the latest client too.
The GetValidationReplay method returns:

Both 'cur' and 'onelap' should be '7', or so it was (at least for GetValidationReplay-produced replays) before this tenacious bug was introduced.
Edit: retested in RC3, still not correct.

It's the new interface or a preparation for a new interface ?
I'm the only one who hate the new look O_o ?
Is it a joke ?
Seriously, the old one wasn't adapted to the old style but i prefer widely the old interface. I'm really afraid with this new interface. The idea to remake a new interface was great but this new look is horrible !
Hope it won't be the new interface when the demo will be released

I think it is rather refreshing, less fancy than some interfaces we have seen before (think of the pseudo-metallic or shiny "fat" buttons) and more consistent, but certainly not that much "horrible".
It was a bit of a surprise and I hope they don't revert to some older stuff here
Perhaps some parts are a bit confusing, e.g. why there is a gear symbol on the left, and in the menu.
Please precise what you don't like at this "new interface", because "it's horrible" or "like the old" is only a personal impression, but not something concrete that can be helpful for the developers to know what they really did wrong in your eyes.

The new design is imo better, it looks less dull (flat black buttons didn't really look great e.g.).

I'm very sad to see that. I waited so long to get finally a ugly ManiaPlanet interface. Yes ManiaPlanet is not just an interface but this interface will welcomes new players and i'm so sad to see that this is THIS interface which is definitively the new interface.
Anyway it was only my opinion :/
EDIT : I don't understand why, in the windows, we can see two differents bars, two bars with the same texture, ok but two bars with different textures...

I'm not criticising your opinion, and thanks for adding
and commenting the pictures, that's what I consider concrete feedback
But I'd tend to ignore the changes in your first 2 pictures as it seems rather marginal, compared to all the other changes and bugs we see...
The third one is more interesting point.

Not sure if it is a bug or if it was intended to be like this, Nadeo has to tell.
But I don't think it is really a reason to find this change "horrible" and absolutely necessiting a new change
