Ah well, it's not the end of the world, I can wait.
To be honest, it would be good if you could show us some footage of the
real TM2 Lagoon. I don't really care a lot about Turbo (although I probably will buy it), as it's not going to be as customizable as ManiaPlanet (which is one of the main things that made me a huge fan of TM).
I love Trackmania. I've had so many great experiences and fun times on this game, but it's
dying because you're not showing the players enough information for upcoming titles or updates! Please, show some alpha footage or pictures to keep people interested. Tease them with it, it gets the hype up

We know, but we prefer communicate on something we are sure to deliver in a medium/small period of time than to give false hope to the players. And even when we do that, we may happen have a unexpected issue that delay the release of the feature/patch/thing planned.
Nope but doing some teasing like this site :
http://next.ppy.sh/ would be LARGELLY better. We prefer that than to expect for an eternity something like a delay or something else... Why dou't you use the blog to explain what are you doing ? This will be freakin' awesome :/

Cerovan wrote:The Trackmania series has a strong community that's at the heart of everything that we do. It's through their comments and various playtests that we have received valuable feedback for Trackmania Turbo. We take that feedback very seriously and we're committed to ensuring that our fans – both old and new – will always have the best experience possible. With that in mind, we have decided to move the release date of Trackmania Turbo to Early 2016.
During the additional months, we plan to enhance the campaign and the game's interface. Since multiplayer is such a strong component of the Trackmania experience, we also plan to continue improving Trackmania Turbo's multiplayer modes. With updated multiplayer modes comes more multiplayer testing. The extra time will give us an opportunity to make sure that the online infrastructure is stable and that the online experience is a smooth one.
We are also working on adding an extra feature that offers a new way to challenge your friends on your favorite user made tracks. This is a special mode that we think will extend Trackmania Turbo's longevity because of how it spurs competition between players.
Finally, we will be able to fine-tune the random generator feature and make the Trackbuilder even more accessible and complete. These improvements will allow the community to create more tracks that are even quicker and crazier than ever before.
The Nadeo team can’t wait to get the game into your hands, but it's important for us to also deliver the best possible Trackmania game.
Post your questions below, we'll try to answer them

I'll say that 2015 was a cool year. A year of TrackMania.
And we still remember all the changes of release date. Trackmania 2's release was rescheduled several times
(the very same, full-featured, not split into several parts TrackMania 2). Afterwards, the first piece of the game was cut off and renamed as "TrackMania 2: Canyon". And its release was also rescheduled several times.
We all know very well what came out from that. The same story happened to "Storm". It resulted in a dry shot. "Stadium 2" was better, but only due to the nostalgia. "Valley" was a dry shot too. In a matter of fact, it was shown in 2009 year. 4 years had passed... Perhaps, everyone thought that the long term of development meant a process of refining and polishing of the game. The outcome is known: the ill-designed physics, the graphics is horrible, the optimization is... Nothing. One size fits all. And now, we have the same situation here. At least, we are happy that the game won't be split at this time. But these slippages are always - suspicious. If it were the first time... But the guys in Nadeo have screwed the pooch at this, one or twice. Not epic, but still unpleasant and detestable. And now, there is a risk of failure's repeating.

Hey, you never know with the creative marketing geniuses at Nadeo.

It seemed to me that such a stupid act can not be repeated again. Stepping on one and the same nail twice.

But such act can be stepped several times because NADEO never learns..

I see it. As a result? They lose all players.

And they will win new ones.
It is like the bad media, you can only write about bad things, please stop it, because it is wrong and boring.
Instead of whining and complaining about Nadeo all the time, do something for the community and not against it.
Show that you still like the games, that you are still creating maps, models, mods, show that you are still driving and playing, hosting servers and organizing cups and tournaments.
Only then people will stay, and new ones will be amazed.
Let's go

Funny, that's what the community has been doing for over a decade. Maybe show some appreciation?

Couldnt agree more, nor can I do more.
I wonder if NADEO actually will ever update more frequently & do things differently.
Clearly how they do things now is not working. Believing it is; is just naive.
And imo : We arent whining & complaining. We state the facts, opinions or desires. If the majority of the comments are negative then that says more about the devs than it does about the community. Gn.
