are there any estimates on how long we will still have to wait?

i ordered TM2 on wednesday, got no key and immediately contacted Cerovan (got no response but hopefully he forwarded it at least) about that. Later I also contacted Gamesplanet Support via E-Mail but until now, I've yet to hear a _single_word from any representative besides the automatic mail response.

Don't get me wrong, this is a beta, stuff like this can happen (plus, it's obviously Gamesplanet's fault), but the delay and even more the missing information are getting ridiculous.

Also, are there any informations on how to initiate a return to get back the money (and maybe order via ubi-shop)?

paid for the game yesderday but i put the worng e-mail in.

Ich warte auch seid dem 19.8 auf meinen Key.

Dann habe ich gestern noch einmal geordert (mit anderer Mailadresse), wieder das Gleiche. Es kommt einfach kein Key per Mail. (geordert bei http://de-maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/s ... /home.html)

So langsam werde ich sauer...

Auf der Bestellseite steht "Eine Bestätigungsmail wurde gesendet" und das ist ja eindeutig nicht der Fall.

Mal sehen, was da noch passiert...

Ende der Woche storniere ich das und kaufe bei nem anderen Shop...

Weiß da jemand noch Rat ???
