I think it is more to do with Maniaplanet 4. It doesn't make sense to release Lagoon until MP4 is smoothed out and released because then there will be less issues with MP4-Lagoon. I assume Lagoon will be as different in MP4 (compared to TMT) as Canyon, Valley and Stadium are now.
I'm getting excited to see it too though .
