That was cool idea
If we can make a new block serie with road that decrease the speed on the car ^^
max speed 160 maybe or even slower. :)

or maybe a speed level block, when you go over this block the car wont go faster ^^
and maybe not slower either it just stuck at 65 mph for example :D

then we can make tiny tracks with full control. ;)

That would be interesting. Especially if it just lasted a few seconds and you could set it to whatever speed you wanted.

That was the idea
65 was just an example
or my first idea was to make the block limit the engine to x speed (cant go fastere than x, x = your setting speed
and another block that remove this speedlimit again and make the car go standard :P
with this we can make a block infront of a turn to make it 100 % fs or 120 % so we can select whether a turn would be very easy or just make it very hard.

say that you reach the speed of 500 then you have a block that you set to 350 so the car slows down to 350 in 4 sec or something and the turn become more possible
similar to engine killer but with a speed blocker.

I would like these blocks:

The freewheeling block in stadium (also known as engine cut off)

Blocks for connecting concrete to tunnel

An invisible ambient light block.

Arches made of rock, you know those we had in desert enviroment.

More looping

More twisting.

AND FOR THE LOVE OF NADEO... MORE SCENERY.

The TM2 walls and loops are rubbish because there is no down force when the cars do them so smaller loops would have been better, but again its been left to track builders to get this speed correct and I have failed so far.

Back to the Blocks Remember those Desert Loops how small they where well i think this car would work better as a small loop rather than the large long loops which dont work in tm2 and less slide.

Is this actually worth talking about or is it for a genuine reason. :?

0 - A block to give cars a Down force for loop and wall correction.

1 - My next major Blocks would be a CP on the Concrete slope parts 3.3.2.

2- Blocks for Underground a new section using standard road parts, but same as thin road blocks already made in section 8. (I do like the thin roads, but they are very difficult to drive).

3 - Thought the new Platform tracks are definitly missing the Air CP loop now. (Make for TM2Canyon as well tho.)

I wouldn't call the current TM2 loops and walls rubbish, but they can be difficult, especially at lower speeds. I'd like to see a few smaller loops as well though.
What about, rather than a Downforce block, a block that turned on a "Road Magnet" for a short time. Something strong enough that you could even drive upside down and stop without falling for a few seconds. That would be interesting.
I also like the narrow roads and the wide roads but would like it if there were some in between the two. Maybe Formula style roads with grass on the sides, rumble strips on corners, no guard rails or fences and sand traps for corners.

I also like the idea of Engine cut off blocks, More tunnel connectors and more light options. It would be cool if you could place a "cut off" onto any block (same as my idea before of placing Start, Finish & CPs onto most track blocks)
Same with lighting. Lights that could "Attach" to any existing block would be nice.

A block, I already missed in Coast, is a tunnel entrance from a cliffside road. You drive on the road, water on the left, rock on the right, and then with a gentle swing you pass a tunnel portal at the rock side of the road, entering underground.

Another cool thing would be a sortiment of roads in tubes for underwater driving:
- Transition road to tube, with a slope down to the water surface
- tubes underwater: slope, straight, turns
- Transition water tube to underground road, 1) slope, so you get beneath the lake ground 2) level, entering horizontally the rock and standard tunnel roads.

Sometimes I ask myself, if Nadeo reads this topic, or if they think: this is the playground for dreamers, we have other problems to solve.

I think they do look at most posts. They are all about making the tools for creativity and learning what people want is part of their success.
I liked a lot of the coast blocks. It was one of my favorite environments.
I like the underwater tube idea too.
