My problem:

I need a validation code, but I need a player key to get it. However, I don't know my player key, and I don't find it anywhere (no emails etc left to help...). I don't need it to playing itself, but to use planets, having the validation code and the player key would be needed.

Shall I contact that support or can someone help me here?

Since i found this, bought the game from steam Canyon and Valley after i created the account got the email the validation Code the thing is it does not work. even tried cd-key in Player Key's and Validation Coder one say's "needs to be steam key" the other one say's key is already in use do i have to wait like you said.
