I think that the preview of messages was a very big problem ...

because of lag, I couldn't get within 5 minutes of the key-times
I got exactly ONE post in the flood, despite having hit 'submit' at least 500 times

and it took me 19 posts to realize the lotto was 1-post max, so there is a 0% chance of me winning a key.
