Poll: boxed or download version?

Ubisoft is destroying Trackmania, and the choice of the only online version is the beginning ! In this way, only who have both a credit card and a fast internet connection can get the game, and maybe Ubi will get back only a small part of all the money spent for the Maniaplanet project. I bought all Trackmania games, but if the situation don't change, I will not buy Trackmania²! Maybe I will only download torrents and similar, yes I cannot play online, but is not my priority. And Ubi wants this! F*** you Ubi!

Nadeo is actually NOT getting "Ubisofted". If yes, how do you explain there is no console version? Doesnt sound like Ubisoft to me Anyway, from the information we already know its clear that TrackMania 2 will be the kind of TrackMania we all want. Ubisoft is not destroying it.

It's hard to say, but I also think Nadeo wasn't ruined. In matter of fact, Nadeo made something more realistic and better than we expected to be, while saving the old TM fun.

Nadeo decide to use only digital distribution for the moment because it's not possible to sell a boxed version with a price 15-25€.

Maybe they decide to sell a boxed version after with 2 or 3 environments for example or with 1 environment of TM², SM and QM.

I prefer digital distribution if the price is smaller than boxed distribution.

Here in Germany it is possible in a few shops, there are indeed some games sold at 20€ (and I'm not talking about the "Software-Pyramide" games, which are older games sold at 20€ or less )

I prefer the boxed distribution. I live in the countryside and therefore have a slow internet - loading one environment (about 800MB-1.5GB, I guess) would take me 2-18 hours to load (25-100 kilobytes per second, depends on the download server and the current speed of my internet). 2 hours would be quite okay for me, but 18 hours are way too much for someone like me. I can't have my computer turned on the whole day just to download the installation file, it'd be crazy.

But Nadeo can increase the price and sell the game for 40-50 €, and this is better for Nadeo (more earn) and for who cannot download the game. And also with the boxed version sold for 50 €, Nadeo may include a key to free download the second environment or Shootmania: Storm (why free? Simple: because 20 € for Canyon + 20 € for second environment = 40 € and 10 € for the manual print and other similar things). This would be cool

I'll definitely buy the digital version. Because it's impossible to predict how long I would wait the game to appear in my country after its release.
