My priorities/wishes are:
  • Alt-Key issue (it was my prefered key for brake in TM2)
  • Change all times to this format 1:56.547 (incl. the thousandth)
  • The option "hide near cars" should hide cars between my cam view and car (i need to see my car on jumps and not the interior of the other player cars) ;)
  • Better Anti-Aliasing-Options
  • Let the wheels spin in (autosaved)replays

It is the intention of Nadeo to have only a few people in Solo Mode. They thought why would we do the players, who have not so much time to play, a favor and let them play Solo Mode? You have seen in what this resulted in TMUF. A very nice Solo Mode with many players. You See the huge problem? ;)
So Nadeo thought it is time for a change and invented the glurious and beloved 5 Minute timer. This means no one who doesn't put 400+ hours into Singleplayer has any Chance.

This idea is awesome, one of the main reasons I stopped with Canyon and also many friends of mine stopped playing.

It was still broken in Beta2.0c (when I wrote my post). I checked the game before writing every bug, to make sure the bug still existed and could be reproduced.

I could have written more, but I limited to just bugs that mattered to me. Sorry it ended up being so long anyway. :oops:

I should probably check and see which things have been fixed in Beta2.1 and modify my post. I'll do that now.

If I were still using my old PC, I'm pretty sure that the issue with shadow calculations not being saved in unvalidated tracks would have made it into my list too. I know it's an issue for a lot of people on slower to mid-range computers.

I don't find it much of an issue for myself because of how fast I can calculate shadows. But I'm probably in the minority in that. I'd say it's a priority, for the sanity of many players.

In Europe we normaly call it a closed circuit or a race track.
However, a circuit can be mistaken by an electrical circuit and a track can be mistaken by a music track for example. :shock:

So what should it be? :D

I don't mind using the words "map" and "track", as long people refer to tracks = TM and maps = TM2. Please don't mix these up.
