It's not important that we have clean topic or not. Important is that we are waiting for someone from TM Crew to say SOMETHING! I don't know - something about "we working on that problem" or even "we don't know how to resolve that problem, so we prefer to do something else". Whatever - anything but moderators guessing.
Or, maybe we should be very-ultra-nice to get answer? Start our topic with "dear great TM2 programmer, our lord in Ubisoft, I think that game is perfect and has no bugs at all, BUT if you just can check that unbelievable rumours about lags that some lamers experience, we'll be so great and even more happy; we can even buy Stadium third time if you want to release it again!".
Is that nice enough to be treat as a customer?

Re: [TM2-Canyon]Freeze detect
What I can tell you is that we look at issues reported on the forums even if we don't reply on each opened topics. Now this doesn't mean that issues reported will be fixed with the next update. It depends on the issue level, how many players encounter this issue, the to-do list of each coder and other parameters.
We created the reports forums mainly for two reasons:
-first to centralize issues and bugs of maniaplanet so that we know where to look to find them.
-secondly when players write their issues on forums, other users can tell if they encounter the same issue, if they found a workaround or a fix. Many players have a high level of knowledge on maniaplanet and also a high level of computer science. So their feedback can help other players to fix their issue as TMarc tried to help you out.
I agree that some bugs come from the program but sometimes some issues are not only linked to the program and the questions coming from other players can help us to know if an issue coming from our end and to more understand the issue
So thank you for your report and thanks all players who help other players to have their game running better

Re: [TM2-Canyon]Freeze detect
Thank you so much Alinoa. This is really nice to see answer from you.
I understand that some bugs are not reported by many users and have not high priority, but the thing is that I explain in some topic why prioritizing is bad (in short - police will never try to find guy who stole your money, because there are still some murderers to find first). :) So - multitasking over prioritizing - that's my opinion.
And second what I reported few times is that forum is overloaded by sections and subsections. You must create special "reports forums" (why not just one? why divide everything?) to "centralize issues and bugs". In my opinion - national forums (without divide to areas subforums) plus one world forum for discussion and one for bug reporting (any kind) should be enough. Computers are really powerfull these days and can sort, filter everything whatever you want, right? :)
Freezes are real. Even if this is because of some worse gfx card or worse processor or worse drivers, this is not important - every program can be improved to prevent things like that. Now you know when freezes happens and you can fix that (or tune up at least).
Good luck!
PS. Made that "AddURL" in MediaTracker. I talk about that from beta. It's not important but it's nice to build map without restarting game every time I want to add one picture.

Thank you for your message rat_in_car
Regarding the forums sections, actually we tried to organize it better by doing three main sections
:
-Forums
-Creations and development tools
-Reports and Bugs
We moved the English section (which is a kind of world section) in the forums top to make it more visible. We prefer to let national forums because some players don't understand English and they appreciate having debates or discuss in their native language. I know that some forums are not very active and there are many many sections and this doesn't help to find information quickly.
Keep in mind that the nadeo team uses the English section to communicate and please use the reports and bugs section to post your reports. But I agree this is not very easy to navigate and there are still things to improve in these forums as ingame

Re: [TM2-Canyon]Freeze detect
I think national sections are good and people need them. I'm just talking about provinces subsections - they're useless. For example - on ManiaZones in Poland section we have 52906 posts! But only 1479 of them are in provinces subsections. We're international community, we not need divide every national forum into another sections.

Re: [TM2-Canyon]Freeze detect
Ho ho ho! It's 24 December 2013. I change my motherboard, my processor, memory and gfx card. And guess what? I still have that freezes. :P
And I see no updates. Is this by default now? Every bugs are forever in this game like FXCameraMap?

Re: [TM2-Canyon]Freeze detect
There is no info about possible fixes in that update, so based on my experience - some new features will be added and 99% of old bugs will be still there.
Re: [TM2-Canyon]Freeze detect
There is also no big info about the features they want to implement as well.
It is very likely that many bugs will still be there, but are they all the most important to fix?
We will have to wait and see, and ask for a detailes changelog then.
