I have questions about Universal®™ Demo©™:
1) Why after install and launch any of title in MP, timer works in OFFLINE? It will be stop, when game is off
2) Why one-hour timer? Why not return a TM Nations Forever freezone? Example: i install TM2 Stadium on a free account, i don't see any timer, unlimited play. But i have locked a solo mode in white tracks only; lock in 10000-20000 LP in multiplayer, no custom skins/horns. Maybe lock of mediatracker. I think, this is good for new players, because he don't use custom possibilities of game, he just want to play on crazy tracks and build some

My wishes:
1. Remove the Beta Forum. Why is it still there?
2. Remove all the non-english forums. Why are you separating information and community?
3. Move the Report and Tool Forums into the English section (though there was no need to if there were no language forums). There are 1000 language forums I even forget there is sth. beneath them. The Forum is a mess.

Urinstein, this topic is not related to forum issues, those are handeled separately.
Besides this, not everyone understands English.
Especially the French community is relatively active here.
However I support the query to improve the forum structure.
Back to topic, some small wishes:
- Add all main title icons to ManiaPlanet pack, and display them accordingly there, or even better, filter out maps from other titles at map load for local play and for map editor (surprisingly there is already such a filter for the ingame server map selection
):

- After shadow/lightmap calculation, directly return to the editor (automatically close the tools popup)
- provide a shortcut for shadow/lightmap calculation, e.g. L key.

I have to agree with masleyko...
Documentation all in one place that covers every aspect of the game in clear detail would be nice, including explanations and examples for all sub menu options. Yes it would take a while to restructure all the documentation, but taking it one item at a time it would eventually get done. A good example is the Media Tracker. It took me a long time to figure it out and there are still aspects of it that I don't know how to use properly. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Fix bugs and more polish for the existing features and UI.
Examples for this: serverbrowser, flickering bugs in stadium, real AA on highest shader settings, mixmapping,
some settings in launcher don't work (download bandwidth usage, ignore skins, option to not download skins)
Option in Profile to choose a default skin if you have a custom skin. So if a custom skin does not load for other people they see the selected default skin instead of a different random skin every new map.
Regular update schedule like 4 updates a year + communication what is in the next update.
More communication for things like why you can't or don't want to implement requested features, bugfixes and so on.
New blocks and objects in all environments.
Maybe let the community do some work here if somebody made a "nadeo quality" block / object just integrate it in the game. Personally i would like to see "stadium handling walls" in Valley.
Official contests the price is a integration in the game. Of course only high quality stuff gets selected.
Examples for this: skins, blocks, objects, a solo campaign for TM2 multienvi title.
Car collision in custom titles, should be easy to implement (collision detection is already there) and would offer new options for custom titles.
More experimental features. These features can change and a author of a map should be aware
that a map which uses experimental features is not guaranteed to work in a future version but it would give nadeo and the community more room for experiments and new things.

Small, but important things to add in Shootmania:
- Give the player/the scripter the option to have unlimited stamina.
- Give the mediatracker an extra option for recording sm replays by changing values (for example maxstamina or something like that. Also custom weapons and other stuff, so it will be easier to do intros and movies)
- When recording a replay, in the map editor or MT, always use the player defined custom color instead of red.

Well depends what you consider coding, because you don't need to know how to code to start a server. You need to do some configuration thats all. And yes it used to be easier before when we had servermania as a tool to start our servers.
On the same way today if you want a website for exemple you have 2 choice :
- Code html
- get software to generate html
And there is some software that generates manialink so the difficulty stays the same, if you wish something really cool well in both worlds you need to code.
If you wish to have a dynamic website you also have 2 choices
- Code php (or other language)
- Get a CMS
And once more there is a few simple CMS built by the community for players to use. but don't forget that there is millions of people doing html and php while very litle people programing for Trackmania so tools are less complete less everything.
OLIVERDE8 , i know i have no problem handling stuff i meantioned, i can even do own adjustements to servercontrolers and stuff. I meantioned it all because it makes new players desperate or even wanting to leave the game.
and Until now there wasnt a good tool to to make Manialink in GUI ..again, i had no problem with it, but it has similar effects like previous one ..
I am not complaining about it, i just wish new players to have it easier to set. i also said it would be great if we had full documentation. i wrote few tutorials for manialinks and locators use so np .. just say whats needed to be done and we`ll get into it.
Im gonna write a step by step dumbproof tutorial for dediserver..
